  1. General Information.
    • The operator of the www.useweb.pl service is Szymon Szczepański Useweb. (Tax ID: 6263032874, REGON: 382416196)
    • The service acquires information about users and their behavior in the following ways: a. Through information voluntarily entered in forms. b. By saving cookie files (so-called “cookies”) on end-user devices. c. By recording technical logs at the server level, operated by useweb.pl.
    • This Policy is an informational document and does not replace the security policy conducted by the Service Operator in accordance with personal data protection laws.
    • In terms of data that constitute personal data under personal data protection laws, the data controller is the Service Operator.
  2. Information in Forms.
    • The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.

  3. Information about Cookies.
    • The service uses cookies.
    • Cookies are IT data, especially text files, stored in the Service User’s end device and intended for use with the Service’s web pages. They usually contain the website’s name they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
    • The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s end device and accessing them is the Service Operator or entities cooperating with it.
    • Cookies are used for the following purposes: a. Creating statistics that help understand how Service Users use web pages, which enables improving their structure and content. b.     • Information about certain behaviors of users is logged at the server layer. These data are used exclusively to administer the service and to ensure the most efficient service of the hosting services provided.
    • The viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may
    be recorded: a. The time of the query’s arrival. b. The time of sending the response. c. The client station’s name – identification performed by the HTTP protocol. d. Information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction. e. The URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the transition to the Service occurred via a link. f. Information about the user’s browser. g. Information about the IP address.
    • The above data are not associated with specific individuals browsing the pages.
    • The above data are used only for server administration purposes.
  5. Sharing and Entrusting Data Processing.
    • Data are shared with external entities only within legally permitted limits.
    • Data enabling the identification of a natural person are shared only with the consent of that person.
    • The Operator may be obliged to provide information collected by the Service to authorized bodies based on lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.
