Project goal
The goal was to launch a promotional campaign website that clearly explains the participation rules and enables customers to register the purchase of Predator hardware with an Intel processor from selected partners (including Media Expert and x-kom). In addition, on the useWeb side we provide full operational support: receiving, securing, and verifying submissions, as well as communicating with participants regarding missing information and required updates.

How the promotion works
The user buys an eligible product from a partner, keeps proof of purchase, and registers their submission on the website within the specified timeframe (in practice, completeness and correctness of the submission are what matters). After successful verification, a code (key) is issued, which the participant activates on Intel’s platform and selects 1 of 4 available games. Submissions are processed in the order of correctly completed and verified applications, until the code pool runs out.

What we delivered at useWeb

  • Implemented the landing page based on the provided design (sections, CTAs, and user journey logic).

  • Built a purchase registration form with fields for participant and device details, including proof-of-purchase upload.

  • Designed and implemented the full set of required consents and declarations (e.g., acceptance of the terms & conditions, consent to data processing, confirmation of legal age).

  • Embedded all formal documents: partner-specific terms & conditions, information clauses, and required legal notices.

  • Implemented a cookie consent management module.

  • Prepared end-to-end submission handling processes: submission queue, email communication, verification decisions, and code distribution after approval.

Security and submission verification

  • Front-end form validations (data completeness, attachment checks, technical file limitations).

  • Mechanisms limiting abuse and “empty” submissions (data consistency checks, event logging).

  • Substantive verification: reviewing the submission and proof of purchase, and requesting additional information or documents when needed.

  • Handling complaints and participant inquiries as part of the promotion process.

Result
A complete promotional website was delivered that not only presents the campaign, but actively “runs” it: collects submissions, ensures all formal requirements are met, enables efficient verification, and—after approval—provides the code used to redeem the reward.

Summary

We implemented a promotional landing page, including the purchase registration form, required consents, and the full legal layer (terms & conditions, information clauses, and cookie consent). On the useWeb side, we handle the campaign operationally: we receive submissions, verify documents and data, request any necessary updates, and issue reward codes after approval.
