Project details

Project goal
The objective was to launch a dedicated contest website that clearly explains the participation rules, showcases the prizes, and guides participants through a complete online submission—including required attachments and declarations. The website had to be easy to use on both mobile and desktop and ready to securely handle a high volume of entries.

How the contest works
Participants create an account in Predator Games, take a creative photo on the theme “How do you prepare for the Predator Games tournament?”, and submit their entry via the website form. Each submission includes the contest photo and a screenshot confirming the participant has an account. For minors, an additional guardian consent document is required. Winners are selected by the contest jury, and results are published on the website and confirmed via direct contact.

What we delivered at useWeb
We implemented the landing page based on the provided design, including informational sections, a step-by-step guide, CTAs, and prize presentation.

We built a contest submission form with full field logic and attachment handling (contest photo, account screenshot, and guardian consent).

We prepared and implemented all declarations and consents required by the terms (including acceptance of the rules, consent to data processing, and declarations regarding photo rights and image/likeness use).

We integrated the formal documents: the contest terms & conditions and an attachment with the guardian consent template.

We implemented a cookie consent management mechanism and policy elements (privacy/cookies).

We added clear status messages (e.g., submission closed and information about verification/results) so participants always know the current stage of the contest.

Security and submission verification
Form-side validations: data completeness, required checkboxes, attachment checks (format/size), and measures to reduce errors and “empty” submissions.

Duplicate and consistency checks (including verification of the first submission in cases of multiple attempts).

Substantive verification: validating data and attachments as well as participant status (including verification of “School in the Cloud” student status in line with the rules).

Participant communication in case of missing information or required updates, and support for the winner selection and contact process.

We delivered a complete, secure contest website that not only informs users about the rules, but actively runs the contest: it collects submissions with attachments, ensures formal requirements are met, supports verification, and enables a smooth wrap-up process for the organizer.

Summary

We built a Predator Games contest landing page with a clear participation flow, a prize list, and strong CTAs. We implemented the submission form with file uploads, along with the full set of consents and declarations required by the contest rules. We also added security measures and a verification workflow, and on the useWeb side we handle submissions end-to-end—reviewing entries and managing communication with the winners.
